With new changes taking place in my life, I wanted to include some changes in myself.
In addition to losing weight and sleeping better at night, I have less pain in my hip and my skin is starting to look more hydrated. I also have less cellulite! I have noticed changes after re-introducing foods into my diet so I know that they are not good for me and I should leave them out of my diet moving forward.
Adrienne guided me along during the detox which really helped me since I have such a busy schedule!
